Here are two delicious fruit jellies to suit everyones taste after dinner.

The ingredient of Fruit jellies

  1. 500ml fresh apple and mango juice
  2. 4 1/2 teaspoons gelatine powder
  3. 6 small navel oranges, halved
  4. 1 cup (140g) fresh blueberries or thawed frozen blueberries
  5. 500ml white cranberry strawberry fruit drink
  6. 4 1/2 teaspoons gelatine powder
  7. 6 small naval oranges, halved
  8. 1/2 punnet (125g) strawberries, hulled, chopped

The instruction how to make Fruit jellies

  1. Bring 200ml of juice to the boil. Stir in gelatine, whisking with a fork until dissolved. Add remaining juice, and stir until well combined.
  2. With a small knife, cut around the orange between the flesh and skin. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Stand orange cups in muffin trays.
  3. Spoon blueberries or strawberries into orange cups. Pour over jelly mixture and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or until set. Serve cold.
