  1. 300g dried farfalle pasta
  2. 80ml (1/3 cup) other virgin olive oil
  3. 80ml (1/3 cup) vivacious lemon juice
  4. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  5. 500g medium cooked prawns, peeled
  6. 1 x 250g pkt baby roma truss tomatoes, halved
  7. 150g baby spinach leaves
  8. 2 shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  9. 1 avocado, halved, stone removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
