Mami, it’s a popular Chinese noodle soup recipe for Filipino, Filipino in most avenues of life loves this soup recipe a lot as you can always see trolley selling mami in each and every street corner. Mami usually prepare with beef, chicken and wanton. Made popular with a Chinese peddler along with a later a cafe or restaurant owner referred to as Mamon Luk and the famous recipe is called mami. To cook Beef mami broth you’ll need the next component:
2 kg beef spare ribs (or beef shank)
2-2 tablespoons of sesame oil
kg beef body fat
1 teabag sibot
1 teaspoon Ground peppercorn

Technique of Cooking:

Mami Sauce Direction To Cook
Inside a pan with oil, saut garlic clove, onion and add beef cubes. Add Chinese soy sauce and simmer for five-10 minute. Add water, provide boil until meat tenderized. Add star anise and prepare for many minute, taste and add salt as needed, salt with vetsin.
How you can Prepare Mami Noodle:
